The University has a beautiful green campus covering an area of nearly 49 hectares on the western bank of the river Hooghly ( a section of the river Ganges). The institute building, accommodation for staff and students, campus amenities and services are the main components of the University campus.
Accomodation of Students and Staff
The University, with a student population of about 2500 has 13 hostels, including one for girls. The accommodation for international students is guaranteed. The University also provides accommodation for a sizeable numbers of faculty members and other categories of staff.
