You can enroll to become an Air Hostess or a Steward after 10+2, Graduation or Post Graduation. However, you need to be between 17 to 24 years and have a Height between 157-175 centimeters. Your weight must be proportional to your height and knowledge of a foreign language other than English will be an added benefit.

An air steward/ stewardess can be promoted to the post of senior flight attendant and then head attendant. Flight duties continue for about 8-10 years, after which there�s an option of moving to ground duties, working as a ground hostess or training air hostesses. With an experience in aviation sector you can apply for jobs in hospitality. This will help you apply to a vast range of national and international chains of hotels, making it a good stepping stone to a successful carrier in the service industry .You can also take up duties at the management level in the aviation sector itself.
