You need to opt for Science subject with Mathematics at 10+2 level and opt for either Automobile Engineering or mechanical engineering. To become a mechanical engineer in the automobile industry, you must have Master in Engineering(ME) degree or equivalent qualification. You also have an option of pursuing diploma in engineering with specialization in automobile engineering.
