CMC Vellore Exam
The Christian Medical College is an unaided, non-capitation, Christian minority, educational institution admitting students on merit on an all India basis. The 53 churches and Christian organizations who are members of CMC Vellore Association also run over 225 hospitals, health centres and dispensaries throughout the length and breadth of the country. The college within its afiliation to the TN Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai offers degree courses in Medicine (MBBS), Nursing (BSc), Physio-therapy (BPT), Occupational Therapy (BOT) and in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc)All candidates admitted to the various courses will have to undertake a service obligation, to work in an area of need for a period of two years after completion of training.

Eligibility Criteria
| Min Qualification: | 10+2 |
| Qualifying Subject(s): | Physics, Chemistry and Biology and should have passed in English. |
| Min Marks: | 60%* marks at +2 level in each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany and Zoology taken together), both at qualifying and competitive examinations and should have passed in English. |
| Reservation Crieteria: | 60% in each and 130/200 aggregate for BC, 55% in each and 120/200 aggregate for MBC, and 40% in each and 80/200 aggregate for SC/ST candidates). (BC,MBC, SC/ST as defined by the TN Govt; all rules subject to change as per State & University
guidelines). |
